We collect only what's needed to run the app and improve it:

Account information — if you sign in (for example with Sign in with Apple), we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We never receive your Apple password.
Content you create — data you enter or generate in the app, stored to provide the service and sync across your devices.
Usage & diagnostics — anonymized app interactions and crash logs that help us fix bugs and improve features.
Purchase status — whether you hold an active subscription. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the app's features.
To sync your content across devices where the app offers that.
To respond to support requests.
To diagnose crashes and protect against abuse.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data from within the app, or email us to request deletion. We will action verified deletion requests within 7 days.

Your choices

You can manage your subscription in your iPhone Settings, disable analytics where the app offers it, and request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
